Yes, but basically only books, cds, and dvds. Shipping can be quite high, and watch your CC. If it's MasterCard, MC will charge you a few bucks fee for the exchange, and for a transaction outside the US. There are other companies you may want to check with having the item first, as shipping tends to be very high from amazon.co.jp, although you will have it very quickly. My first order from .co.jp, I happened to order something from .com earlier that day, and actually recieved the .co.jp order 2 business days before the .com order. Their standard international shipping is express.

I've ordered several times from Amazon Japan over the past two years and never paid more than $10-15. Of course I've never ordered more than a few items at a time, but I thought their rates were great.

I don't know what you're after, but Yes Asia has a massive selection of Japanese media, and the shipping is free for orders over about $30.

I've ordered from them a couple of times. They're pretty good. I prefer to use Sasuga though when I can. They're good people and very helpful.
