Let’s learn N2 kanji today.

This kanji means “treasure, wealth, valuable.”
The On-reading for this kanji is ホウ (hō) like in 国宝 (kokuhō) which means “national treasure.”
人間国宝。 (Ningen kokuhō.) “living national treasure”
日本にはたくさんの国宝があります。 (Nihon ni wa takusan no kokuhō ga arimasu.)
彦根城は日本の国宝です。 (Hikonejō wa Nihon no kokuhō desu.)
And the Kun-reading is たから (takara) like in 宝物 (takaramono) which means “treasure.”

あなたは私の宝物。 (Anata wa watashi no takaramono.) “You’re my treasure.”
This kanji means “Buddhist temple, temple.”
The On-reading for this kanji is ジ (ji) like in 寺院 (jiin) which means “temple, abbey.”
And the Kun-reading is てら (tera) as in 尼寺 (amadera) which means “convent.”
You can call “temple” as てら (tera), but we usually call it お寺 (o-tera), お寺 (o-tera) with honorific form.
お寺の「お」は、その、丁寧語ですね。 (O-tera no `o ' wa, sono, teineigo desu ne.)
