It's because Ashley is finishing her sentence. To give directions, you use "te-form + kudasai" to say "please do something," but she's not giving directions but confirming what the station attendant said๐Ÿ˜‰

In the example for giving directions, why is the first verb in ใฆ form but not the second verb, in number 3?
