Hi JPod, A question regarding the โvoice recording toolโ, could you let me know where I can locate it as so far I have been unable to, and one more question: Peter Sensei makes repeated reference to a series of โverb and adjective etc conjugation lessonsโ but they donโt appear to be part of the โGengo Japaneseโ course, could you let me know how I can search for them - many thanks.
zeroใใ & PMHใใ
Thank you so much for your comments๐
Yes, like PMHใใ said, you can make friends even if you don't drink, zeroใใ!!
I rarely drink for example๐ but I still could make friends, so no worries at all๐
Please let us know if you have any questions :)
Sincerely
Ryoma

As noted in the lesson (around the 9:20 mark), it says that not drinking is fine. There are many alternatives, like tea (ใ่ถ). One of my staff never drinks alcohol, but very occasionally would have a zero percent beer during summer (at business lunches for example).
The point is that culturally the attitudes to drinking are different from some western countries. Being drunk (in public) as an example is more acceptable and I have helped some very "tired" (intoxicated) people into taxis so they could get home (some strangers as well).
And it is possible to make friends without drinking :)
why are you always connect between alchool and friends does that mean that japanese never make friends with someone who doesnt drink i personally never drink alchool does that mean that i cant make friends please change that ๐๐
