Yes, it is correct!
Spooky scary skeletons. I’ve been growing rather fond of that lately. XD (did I do the Japanese right?)

Because it’s clearly zombie and can be done with less letters😄
顧思, here are the definitions from dictionary.goo.ne.jp. (They have other definitions, so feel free to try reading them yourself!)
物の怪: 人にとりついて祟 (たた) りをする死霊・生き霊・妖怪の類。 (A type of ghost/demon that possesses a human and curses them.)
幽霊: 死者のたましい。 (A dead person’s soul.)
精神: 人間のこころ。また、その知的な働き。 (A human’s heart, or the intellectual work thereof.)
化け物: 動植物や無生物が人の姿をとって現れるもの。 (Plants, animals, or things that aren’t alive, manifesting with a human’s appearance.)
怪物: 正体のわからない、不気味な生き物。 (A creepy living thing whose true form you do not know.)
what are the differences between 物の怪， 幽霊， 精神，and the differences between 化け物 and 怪物?
My fav word I かいぞくbecause of OnePiece :3
I like 吸血鬼. I told one of my language exchange partners that my Japanese word frequency spreadsheet had 90,000 words on it, yet it was still missing some important ones like 吸血鬼. She responded, “I don’t think you need that word.” I may have laughed at her.😄 I actually picked up that word from watching “Is This a Zombie?”
It was also missing a word that I learned from “The Familiar of Zero”: 使い魔 (つかいま) - a familiar (spirit).
I wish I had a Japanese word frequency list based on instant messenger conversations, though, so I would know how common words are in everyday speech instead of in newspapers and novels. I made such a list for English words myself so I can help Japanese people speak English more effectively while they’re still learning!
My favorite word is カボチャ because it sounds so cuteee!!!
