‘fall in love’ means ‘koi ni ochiru’ however, we don’t use it very much.
I am into him/her is ‘kare/kanjo ga daisuki desu’.
You can use 大好きです to people.
What about phrases like to fall in love, or boyfriend, girlfriend and such?

I think you wanted to say “りささんが 大好きです”.
It may be キュンキュンするbefore kissing?
I thought キュンキュンする was kissing!
