Deb san,
Konnichiwa.
‘I’m constipated’ means ‘benpi desu.’
‘I’m allergic to ….’ means ‘…arerugii desu.’
‘I have asthma’ means ‘zensoku desu.’

How do you say 'I'm constipated', 'I'm allergic to .... and 'I have asthma'? Thanks in advance.
I think 'My nose is blocked/ I have a blocked nose.' is a better translation than 'my nose is stuffy.' Thanks for this list.
