Konnichiwa,

I have heard about JESP TOKYO program, office located in Tokyo. They work for student visa who want to study in Japan and pay tuition fee on monthly basis. Is this program government permitted or Scam to earn money? Please give some information about it because it want to come in Japan to study language but once my C.O.E was not approved because of sponsorship.
