There are various types of martial arts, such as 柔道,剣道, 空手, 弓道, 合気道.
武道 is not just about fighting techniques, it also emphasizes mental discipline, etiquette, and self-improvement.
Oscar and Tom talk about martial arts.
Oscar: 体が引き締まっていますね。何か武術をしていますか。 (Karada ga hikishimatte imasu ne. Nani ka bujutsu o shite imasu ka.)
Tom: はい、空手をしています。楽しいですよ。 (Hai, karate o shite imasu. Tanoshii desu yo.)

運動する means "to exercise".
You can also say 体を動かす, literally means "to move one’s body"
運動するのが好きです。
体を動かすのが好きです。Both means the same. “I like exercising”.
Yoko tells Eri about his family.
Yoko: 両親は運動が大好きで、とても健康的です。 (Ryōshin wa undō ga daisuki de, totemo kenkōteki desu.)
Eri: 素晴らしいですね。健康的な生活は大切です。 (Subarashii desu ne. Kenkōteki na seikatsu wa taisetsu desu.)

筋力トレーニング means muscle training. The short form is 筋トレ. Like 腹筋 (abs exercises) and 腕立て (push-ups), 筋トレ includes various exercises to build muscle strength.
Ken shares his workout routine with Yuya at the gym.
Ken: 筋力をつけたいなら、このトレーニングプログラムを試したらいいですよ。 (Kinryoku o tsuketai nara, kono torēningu puroguramu o tameshitara ii desu yo.)
Yuya: 新しいトレーニングをずっと探していたんです。ありがとうございます! (Atarashii torēningu o zutto sagashite ita n desu. Arigatō gozaimasu!)

What is it?
This event is the Japanese High School Baseball Championship, held in spring and summer at the Koshien Stadium in Hyogo.
It's very famous in Japan, and every high school team dreams of playing there. The best high school baseball teams from each prefecture compete, showing their best skills.
