Louisさん、

こんにちは!

お返事が遅くなってすみません。

どこで、なんで、こんなことに is not a complete sentence, but this is a casual colloquial (conversational)

sentence which often ends with some omission.

I believe you understand what どこで and なんで mean.

こんなことに should be こんなことになったの(ですか)in a complete sentence.

Roughly, this is: Where and how/why this happened?

Hope this helps!

レッスンをありがとうございます。

「どこで、なんでこんなことに?」というのは文法がちょっとわからないです。「どこでなんでこんなことを起こした」期待していました。説明してもらえませんか?

よろしくお願いします。

I don't really understand the grammar behind 「どこで、なんでこんなことに?」. I was expecting something like「どこでなんでこんなことを起こした」. Could you please explain it to me?

Thanks in advance!
