The usage of tokoro was covered in Lower Intermediate Lesson 53.(The vocab in that lesson is rather difficult though)

Tokoro will be also covered in Lower Intermediate season 6 Lesson 8.

So please check those lesson.

I guess I don't really understand the usage of โ€ใจใ“ใ‚ใ โ€ here.ใ€€I've only seen โ€ใจใ“ใ‚โ€ used in sentences like, โ€ๅ››ๅ›ฝใฏใ„ใ„ใจใ“ใ‚ใงใ™ใ€‚โ€ใ€€Would โ€ไบบใ€…ใฏใƒญใ‚ตใƒณใ‚ผใƒซใ‚นใธ่กŒใฃใฆใ„ใ‚‹โ€ also express the meaning of "The people are going to Los Angeles"?
