Hi, everyone! We are in a new studio.
Welcome to Japanese Kanji Time!
Today, we are going to learn N3 kanji.
行きますか。 (Ikimasu ka.) “Let’s go.”
If you want to do the quiz first, please go to these times.

This kanji means “become, get, grow, form.”
The On-reading for this kanji is セイ, ジョウ (sei, jō) like in 成人 (seijin), which means “adult.”
成人と未成年。 (Seijin to miseinen.)
未成年 (miseinen) meaning “underage.”
And the Kun-reading is な (na) like in 成り立つ (naritatsu), which means “be concluded” or “work out.”
This kanji means “war, battle, match.”
The On-reading for this kanji is セン (sen) like in 作戦 (sakusen), which means “strategy.”
And the Kun-reading is いくさ, たたか (ikusa, tataka) like in 病と戦う (yamai to tatakau), which means “fight against a disease.”
