Hi Boldizsár,

Thank you very much for the question!

I think it's better introduce your name as it sounds FIRST, then introduce yourself with a nickname (easier one to pronounce).

So here's how I'd write your name in Katakana & Romaji:

Boldizsár Mester = ボルディジャル (Borudijaru) ・メシュテル (Meshuteru)

You nickname could be ボルディ (Brudi)

I hope this helps. If you have questions, let us know in the comment section!

Sincerely,

Miki H

Hello Japanese Pod101, Hello Risa!

You are the funniest and funnest teacher ever.

Can you please help me translate my name to Japanese?

My name is Boldizsár Mester (Boldizhaar Meshter) so thought that would be Meshuteru Borudijaru but I also thought that that would have been too complicated.

So I also thought about ME SHU TE -- BO -- DI JA --

Sending Love all the way from Hungary ❤️️❤️️❤️️❤️️❤️️
