Stroke order for Kanji Practice

Postby hoshinobike_514412 » November 27th, 2016 12:17 pm

Hello

I am new here, started working through some lessons - thought its very helpful to have the kanji practice sheet with space for practice - but less useful when the the stroke order is not included. Would this be a possibility?

Mike-san konnichiwa,

Thank you for your feedback!]
I'll forward your idea to my Team.
For now, "Learn Kanji" page would be useful for you.
https://www.japanesepod101.com/japanese-kanji/
Have you checked it out?
The number of kanji is a little bit limited, but you can get the kanji with the stroke order on the practice sheets.
Let's give it a try!

We also have the new kanji video series.
Please check them out as well.

Stay tuned,

I find it very frustrating that a year after this post you still have not put the kanji stroke order in the Kanji close up,
This makes no sense as the sheets are designed for writing practice How can you practice writing without the stroke order?

Hello Barry,

Thank you for posting.
The purpose of the Kanji close up PDF is practice.
Please check the stroke order in our e-book: https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/id1119424354
Or we have new episodes in the Introduction to Kanji series:
https://www.japanesepod101.com/category/introduction-to-japanese-kanji/

We hope it helps.
Thank you for studying with us!
Cheers,
Lena

Doesn’t really answer the question. If the kanji sheets are for practice then the stroke order should be on the sheets. This is simple enough to do.
Don’t you think it is unwieldy?
Clearly an oversight otherwise the kanji sheets would have a reference as to where to look for the stroke order. However in other places on the internet the stroke order is ALWAYS on the sheet. Not sure why you guys want to be different
