Unable to view flashcards and add new ones from lessons.

Hi,

I can't seem to add new flashcards from the vocab section under the lessons. It is grayed out.

And when I go to the Myflashcards page I get a pop up saying "Oops! There was an issue loading your flashcards. Please refresh the page to reload them. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I haven't been able to use the flashcards for about 2 weeks. T-T

Please help.
