I believe the answer given for Question #1 should be #4 (not #1 as shown in Lesson Notes.

One question on particles ka & to
In your grammar bank Level 4 for particle Ka(2), there is an example
コーヒーか紅茶、どちらがいいですか。
Do you prefer coffee or tea?
However, some textbbook use と
コーヒーと紅茶、どちらがいいですか
Any differebce between meaning of this 2 sentences??
Thanks

Thank you for posting a great question!!
Both “Ka” and “To” indicate choices.
In the sentences you gave above, I don’t believe there’s major difference in the meaning at all.
However to my ears, “to” sounds more natural.

I am finding this series of lessons to be extremely helpful. I particularly like the way the incorrect answers in the multiple choice questions are explained. I’m now starting to wish that I was attempting the JLPT this year. Maybe next year!
