This remind me of a text I read in High School call “The Metamorphosis” By: Franz Kafka
This story is about a guy that turns into a Cockroach, I cry so much
with is story because his family was so cruel and hipocrite ahhhhhh!
If you want to know more about it here is the link of a e text of Metamorphosis:

うん。秋と夏にたくさん蚊がある。だって、スウェーデンにたくさん湖や川があるし。刺さればのがいたいよ~ 大嫌い
でも、その気があるは一人でじゃないな~
Thursday at 4:52 pm
そうですね、JZさん。
ゴキブリが現れると、多くの人はスリッパや丸めた新聞紙で叩きつぶします。
Gokiburi ga arawareruto, ookuno hito ha surippa ya marumeta shinbunshi de tataki tsumashimasu.
Using this sentence structure, I guess we could say:
赤ん坊を見ると、多くの人は笑います。
After seeing a baby, most people will laugh.
正解でしょう。。。

>JockZonさん
なるほど!湖や川、山の近くはたくさんの蚊がいますね。
日本の蚊に刺されてもいたくないです
スウェーデンの蚊は強いのかも!
>maxiwawaさん
正解です
Thursday at 5:28 pm
oops, the romaji in mine should be tataki tsubushimasu.
どうもありがとう、美樹先生!

What’s worse than seeing a cockroach at an okonomi-yaki shop?
十年以上前に出張で広島に行って、なかなかいいチャンスと思いながら駅ビルで有名な広島風のお好み焼き食べました。客の前にお好み焼きを作る店でした。食べ始まるとゴキブリが走って来ました。「まあ、確かに嫌いけど、この店で殺虫剤を使わないの矢印じゃない」と思って、次の瞬間、店の人が殺虫剤の缶をとってスプレーしました!

お久しぶりです。相変わらず面白い話ですね。ありがとう。
In my sisters house when she first moved in the gaps in the floorboards were very big so at night scores of the blighter’s would come out it was horrible. We quickly laid new flooring.

Sindy-san,
There was a small mixup in lesson numbering, but it should all have been resolved now.

Nice story Bob! What was that line from the first intermediate series? Cockroaches are a sign of good food! Hang on, I’ll go digging in the learning center and try to find it…
Thursday at 7:24 pm
Found it! In the intermediate lesson ‘Ramen for 2′ we got the line ‘

Friday at 3:31 pm
Maxiewawa-san,
Thanks for your feedback. In fact, I made quite a few mistakes with the Japanese, including writing 「矢印」(yajirushi, arrow/direction marker), when I meant 「印」(shirushi, mark/evidence), and I should have omitted 「の」so that the phrase would read 「殺虫剤を使わない印」. And undoubtedly there are more awkward wording and outright mistakes lurking. I noticed that today’s lower intermediate lesson also used the word “shirushi”. Oh well, I hope the JPod staff don’t get too depressed by this 印 of my failure to absorb the lessons they have been trying so hard to teach!
