みなさん、こんにちは。美樹のブログです! 五月のさわやかな気持ちのいい日が続いていますね。日本では四月が学校や会社のスタートの月ですから、新しい学校や会社に入った人はそろそろ新しい環境になれるころでしょうか。そんな五月によく聞く言葉に「五月病」というものがあります。病という字がつきますが、病気というわけではありません。五月のころになると、何事にもやる気が無くなったり、新しい環境についていけなくて元気の無くなる人が増えます。それがまるで病気のようなので、「五月病」と言われているのです。五月病にならないためにはストレスをためないことが大切です! 私は五月病にはかかっていません。でも、雨の日になると何事にもやる気が無くなります。雨が嫌いです。雨病でしょうか・・・。 みなさんは五月病にかかっていませんか? ストレスはどのように解消しますか? それでは、また来週!

イタリアは、年度のスタートの月が9月ですが、10月病のことがないと思います。でも、春について「やる気が消える」ってことがときどき聞こえます。

わたしは、一番ストレスをためる季節が冬です。なぜなら、目が醒めてベッドから起き上がるのが超難しいからです…
