みなさん、こんにちは!美樹のブログです。 もうすぐ冬が終わって春がきますね!出会いと別れと花粉症の季節です。なぜ出会いと別れの季節かというと、日本の学校は春に入学式と卒業式などの節目があるからです。何か新しいことを始めるのはドキドキしますね! 花粉症というのは、植物の花粉によって鼻水やくしゃみが出たり、目がかゆくなるアレルギーです。日本では戦後に植えたスギの木が成長し、十年前くらいから大量にスギの花粉が出るようになりました。そして花粉症の人の数も4倍ほどに増えたと言われています。現在、日本の人口の16%が花粉症だと言われています。テレビの天気予報では、この時期になると花粉の予報もするんですよ! 花粉症の友達を見ているとかわいそうになります。花粉症用のマスクをして、目薬と鼻薬をいつも持っています。鼻水をたくさんかむので、痛くならないようにティッシュも特別なしっとりしたものを使っています。薬を飲んだり、食事に気をつけたり‥大変そうだなぁ。 私は花粉症ではありませんが、いつそうなってもおかしくありません。健康には自信がありますが、油断はできません!花粉症にならないためにはストレスや疲れをためないことが大事だそうです。 花粉は嫌だけど、はやくポカポカの春がきてほしいですね。 それでは、また来週!

花粉症は大変ですね。イギリスの春で西洋油菜の花粉を出てから花粉症は大変に成ります。
