Did anyone think when setting this up that the storyline is looking for MR Right?
There’s a lot of vocal MS Rights here. Comments on this should be fun….
Nice little J-Drama. Very different from the early video podcasts.
Not sure I’m going to sit the wrong side of a camera though…
Saturday at 1:55 am
I’m lost!!!
Saturday at 2:17 am
Belton-san, we were counting on one from you!
Practice sentences in front of the camera! If we dropped the singning stipulation, would it make a difference?
Vicky-san, we’re going Video!
Meet Yoshi and Chigusa!
Saturday at 2:18 am
you’re making us sing!!
does the winner win a date with yoshi?
great video !!!
Saturday at 2:18 am
Nathan, great job! Thanks again.
JockZon-san, told you we had a surprise!
Saturday at 2:32 am
HAHAHAHAAHAH
This was the best thing I’ve ever witnessed on this site! The look on Yoshi’s face!
Hilarious! And I’m so glad I have seen their faces now.
I may do this video contest if I can find someone with a camera. I used to be in love with that Hikki song when I was like 15, and thnking about it brings back memories… its one of the only songs of hers that I still enjoy, really.
Also: I have Quicktime 7, but when I click the link it tells me I don’t have the right version. I have to download if I want to watch it. What is wrong here? Also, why is this video not in the podcast directory on iTunes? I’d love to have this on my iPod.
Please do more videos!!
Saturday at 2:32 am
Is Take-san on the video???
Haven’t check yet….:???:
Saturday at 2:35 am
Ooops! I take that back–I’ve found it in iTunes now! ごめんね!
Saturday at 2:44 am
Wow, that’s great! Is that the real studio?
I’m sure Nanase-san is wonderful, but my entry is for Yoshi-san! I already fell for his personality and now I see he’s hot too!
Saturday at 2:49 am
Laura-san and Katie-san, tomorrow we’ll offically open the floor to videos for Yoshi! For anyone interested in Yoshi, we are accepting videos! Offical announcement tomorrow.
Rob-san, please do it! It should be great! You won’t regret it!
Vicky-san, no Take-san, but hopefully soon.
Saturday at 3:05 am
oh man, it looks like i’m going to have to fight laura
Saturday at 3:14 am
Laura-san and Katie-san for Yoshi-san???
How about Liz-san????
Saturday at 3:17 am
Chigusa-san kawaii desu ne!
Sounds like a fun excercise. Unfortunately I don’t have a camera, but I’ll definately look forward to see where this goes.
BTW.. Yoshi’s got a look to him.

Saturday at 3:24 am
OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a busy day today. I don’t have time to look, but I peeked at the video and the contest rules! I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS! SUGOI DESU YO!!
THANKS, JPOD!!! I will be sending you a video!
Saturday at 3:56 am
I am going to try this if I can but unfortunately my digi cam doesn’t have sound, I can use my boyfriend’s but he’s going to Tokyo on holiday tomorrow うらやましいです. びくりした Yoshi is certainly cute though. Maybe I’ll participate and make him jelous too…
Saturday at 4:01 am
SUGOI!!!!
I just had to come out of the woodwork for this! What a great video. We haven’t seen a video in so long and this was awesome! It almost had a JDorama feel. I loved loved loved it.
Chigusa-san you look fabulous! Yoshi-san, *blush* you’re hot!
I really hope you guys keep this up. I hope Shakespeare-san makes an apperaence as one of the guys that Chigusa’s character dates. That would be hilarious.
Saturday at 4:30 am
Take Take Take… blah blah blah…
Yoshi Yoshi Yoshi… blah blah blah…
Chigusa-san… nice smile.
Our Vickyちゃん、
Don’t you know? Lizさん is married.
Gonna have to make a video here.
Saturday at 4:36 am
I am sertainly going to try this
I wonder how my japanese would sound.
Saturday at 5:13 am
And Katie-san, we’re both going to have to fight Liz-san o.O
Saturday at 5:14 am
Notice to Mac users:
Just in case you are having trouble with the ‘iLove’ links not loading into QuickTime properly, do a control click and download the file to the desktop and load it from there.
I’m sure most of you figured that out, but it took me a while.
שבת שלום
Saturday at 5:18 am
Hmmm…. good idea! Do we have to be sitting in front of the camera the whole time? It’s just that I had a few ‘ideas’
… mainly the Utada song at the end.
Also, what will happen to the winning one? Will we see it on the next podcast? I don’t know if the world is ready for me…
Saturday at 5:20 am
Wow, can’t wait to see the next episode! I second the vote for an appearance by Shakespeare Takahashi! And it sounds like Yoshii will have his pick of fan-girls from this as well.
Good luck! Thanks for the video! Love the work you guys are doing!
Ganbatte!

Saturday at 5:26 am
sugoi desu yo
Saturday at 5:59 am
Wow. Yoshi is HAWT!
Saturday at 6:12 am
Question for Japanesepod101:
The video entry for Chigusa-san’s heart, does it have to be from a guy? Can a girl send in a video too?
Love has no gender boundary, deshou deshou?
Just wondering.
Saturday at 6:13 am
Fan girls, eh! =/
Chigusa-san is very hot too.
Does anyone know how to play this on Linux? I can’t get video, just sound. I guess I’m missing the 3ivx codec, but can’t find a compatible one to install. Have tried searching for firefox plugins, also tried mplayer, quicktimeplayer, xmms, realplay, installing codec packages, and opening in various browsers, but no go. I wanted to show it to people at work.
Saturday at 6:25 am
Yoshi has his own comic strip:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/55/SMA-YoshiTranslation.jpg
Saturday at 6:30 am
This is simply great !! The little drama is fun, but i fnally got to see Chigusa-san and Yoshi-san, gosh they look cute/hot, you name it. And it’s all done in such a professional way, like all your podcasts, topnotch quality. Arigatoo gozaimasu.
What a delight to see it today (on my fresh xgl powered linux laptop too). Totemo sugui desu yo.
Laura, I have played it on Linux without any problem. I was sceptic at first when i saw the file extension, but did a open in Movie Player anyway, and it played flawlessly. Maybe you can open it from a commandline and see what the error messages are. It’s an MPEG4 encoded file i think.
Saturday at 6:31 am
Oh, forgot to add, since when is the browser podcast function there? Is it there already a long time? I must have been blind then. Any way, it’s terrific, and very handy since the volume of podcasts has passed 100 :-p
Saturday at 6:40 am

Saturday at 7:19 am
What is the time limit on this one? Is there a deadline for submissions?
Saturday at 7:22 am
The deadline is mid-August, can’t remember the exact day. It’s in the audio podcast that went out today.
Saturday at 7:25 am
emtee, what is Movie Player? Is it a browser extension? Do you know the name of the executable? mplayer?
I guess I really should be working, so I’ll send my friends the link and tell them to watch when they get home.

Good Luck to all! the best of all!

Saturday at 7:39 am
Yoshi-san,
You are sooo fortunate to have been sitting so near such a beautiful woman as Chigusa-san. I would bet your heart was racing.
If I wasn’t so far away I would try myself.

Saturday at 8:16 am
Great job JP101! Nice video, and good to see Chigusa-san and Yoshi-san. Chigusa-san kawaii desu!
Laura-san, you should be able to view it using VLC.
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
According to Quicktime it’s H.264 encoded video with AAC audio.
Saturday at 8:37 am
The video was certainly a surprise to me. Chigusa & Yoshi were great. Very nice production on the video too.
Ah, you want us to sing! I have the Kinki Kids Karaoke Singles CD, but am totally useless. Possibly because I can’t read the kanji fast enough & don’t know the tune (or draw your own conclusions). I don’t have the Utada Hikaru ‘first love’ song, but will look out for it. Not sure about a video though. Lack of camera & sheer cowardice.
Saturday at 8:49 am
What does the winner receive? I want to know if it’s worth some extra work to make a video (even though it would be fun).
Saturday at 9:02 am
Sindy,
i’m still on my way to becoming a christmas cake, *sigh*
Saturday at 9:20 am
Don’t worry Katie-san, you are still young and beautiful. I know how you feel though.
Saturday at 10:39 am
So Cool! Sugoi desu yo!
You can hear/see the Hikki “First Love” song here:
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/128149/video/R/CFD_1000/
Saturday at 11:12 am
Great idea! I have the perrffeccttt plan!
I think you said on the podcast that there would be a 1 minute time limit. Would you consider being lenient with it? Say maybe 2 or 3 minutes?
Time to get to work!
Saturday at 11:12 am
Steven-san,
I didn’t know the song.
We’ll all be singing it in the shower now!!
Thanks so much for that link.
Saturday at 11:39 am
Thank you Steven-san as well. I didn’t have any clue about the song. Now, I don’t think I can sing that song.
It seems like everybody is happy about making video. I still haven’t decided yet. I might wait for Shakespeare-san??? Maybe he can sing for us??? I heard that Take-san is a singer, it would be great to hear on air eh? Hmmmm how about takese-san???
Can’t wait for next one!!!
Saturday at 11:39 am
I hope they will be a little lenient. Otherwise the initial dialog will have to be speed Japanese. If you sing the lyrics of “First Love” at the speed it is sung by Hikki it willl take about 35 seconds.
Saturday at 11:48 am
I think its kind of cruel that they are making the guys serenade Chigusa with a Hikki song. But, I understand the tie in with “The One”. Should be interesting to see and hear.
Saturday at 11:55 am
大変な問題。。。
What the bleep is m4v? Could someone post the video in avi format? mpg? mp4?
お願い!

Thank you, Peterさん, I will try to get a video camera from a friend, though I’m not sure if I’ll have it in time.
For anyone who might be interested, I’ve uploaded a copy of the FIRST LOVE [宇多田ヒカル」 video here:
http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=994190F15C44D29E
…if anyone wants to emulate it, I think that’d be really funny.
For anyone having trouble viewing the video (audio or video or both), try VLC Player. I’ve not run into a format I could not play on it–windows, mac or linux.
Saturday at 2:01 pm
Max-san: it is h.264 video with aac audio. The newest quicktime or vlc should be able to play it.
The first post has been updated. The videos should be adressed to “Nanase-san” as this is Chigusa-san’s charachters name.
Saturday at 2:08 pm
I forgot to add - would love to get the high quality version!!!
Saturday at 2:10 pm
よかった。凄い!
JPod101 has hit the big time! Chigusa and Yoshi are becoming real stars. The production was fantastic. 素晴らしいね。
Saturday at 3:00 pm
I must be dense. I can’t find the bit about the 18th August deadline, nor the 1 minute limit posted above.
Saturday at 3:13 pm
Ah, found it. I hadn’t been listening to the intermediate lessons & skipped the audio intermediate lession
Saturday at 3:16 pm
I think I am gonna give this is shot even though I am gonna embarass myself……..
Saturday at 3:54 pm
The official toshiba-emi Hikki website has a clip of the part of the song we’re to sing, so get practicing

Saturday at 4:59 pm
Hello everyone! Finally I had the chance to see how Yoshi -san and Chigusa-san look like!
Yoshi-san, you’re geat(世界一よ!)!!! I couldn’t wait to see you, as you sound very nice in the podcast shows, above all in your unscripted funny comments (なんて面白いよ!)
Chigusa-san, I’ve always thought that you sound very sweet in the audio podcast (なんて可愛い笑い声!), and I really was looking forward to seeing how you look like. Now that I’ve seen you, I think I’m simply mad about you (本当にきれいな美人よ!)
Thank you (ありがとうございます!) JapanesePod101 for this unexpectd great video, I hope to see all of you in the next ones!
P.S. Sorry, but I couldn’t take part to the contest, as I’ll be unable to go online for a couple of weeks
Saturday at 7:06 pm
Downloaded the new player, and watched the movie. It was great. Yoshi-san looks so young! Can’t believe it!
Was this meant to be a joke? When talking to his sister, Yoshi says Just one more thing’ and then hangs up. I do it with my friends one last time. The other joke is to ask “what’s the sound of a truck backing up?” then hang up. (beep… beep… beep…)
Saturday at 7:14 pm
Max-san, you got the joke!
Will be back to address other posts in a minute.
Saturday at 7:30 pm
I want to thank the people who made this video possible. ありがとうございます。
Zarul-san, the music is really awesome!!
Chigusa-san wa sugoku kirei desu yo! Honto ni bijin desu! Soshite, Yoshi-san wa kakkoii desu ne.
FYI: For those who plan to download the “Utada Hikaru - First Love” video from Yousendit.com from Rob-san’s comment, it lasts about seven days [August 12th, 2006, bulletin board time] or 100 downloads which ever comes first, unless Rob-san have the premium version.
My Notes on the Video
***SPOILER ALERT***
Stuff I liked
- I really like the whole station feel for the setting, it shows that Yamazaka-san takes his job seriously.
- The music, the b-roll of the city, especially the scenic view of the forest (with Mt. Fuji(?)) they blend very well.
- I love the interaction between the Yamazaka-san and Kawaike-san. Even though she turns him down like that.
- Yoshi-san’s face when Chigusa-san entered the studio, priceless.
Some Questionable stuffs
- Yoshi-san had a paper (script, I guess) at the beginning of the scene then before Chigusa-san entered in the paper disappeared. Then when getting ready for the interview, the paper suddenly appeared.
- Chigusa-san and Yoshi-san’s eyes are looking at the script a bit often. Maybe it might have been looking away for a bit but you can see their eyes reading line by line.
- Chigusa-san’s bangs were clear of the left eye, but by the time of the interview her eye was nearly covered.
- The clock behind Chigusa-san shows that the 1-2 minute conversation between them has elapsed over 20 minutes.
- Why would Yamazaka-san hand a script to Kawaike-san if she is going to introduce herself and her reason for going to the podcast? It doesn’t make sense to me.
- The last shot of the two there was a light line above Yoshi-san’s head. It’s just a bit of a nuisance.
Suggestion
- For the subtitling, would it be ok if for different voices have different colors, also if the subtitles could just be one line instead of two for some of them. I know reading would be a difficult part to consider as well.
- I can’t wait to see Peter-san act. Tanoshimi desu ne!
***SPOILER END***
I know I am just a bit nit-picky, but it’s a bit habit that I picked up. I have my reasons.
I’m sorry if it’s not coherent enough, it’s a bit late where I am at.
Thank you for your time.
Saturday at 11:44 pm
Konnichiwa!
I agree with digitaljo-san: I can’t wait to see Peter act!
I would like to send a video but I wouldn’t want to enter the competition for Nanase’s heart because I am a female of a certain age, ha, ha, ha!
Would you like me to send an introduction video anyway for use at a later time? Can I send a Quicktime movie?
I totally love the videocast!!
Sunday at 12:01 am
Sugoi!
Amazing! Is very good to see the faces of Chigusa and Yoshi, Chigusa your are very pretty
, I can’t find the words…
I can’t wait for the next, congratulations to everybody for the hard work!
おめでとう ございます!。
Great weekend to all!
Sunday at 12:13 am
Hi Minasan!
Konbanwa! Yoshi here.
Peter-san called on my cell today in the middle of my 3 weeks vacation!! And I didn’t even call him back. What a happy Japanese Bustard I am. I haven’t forgot about you all. Well, I’m having a great time back here in Nagasaki. Just hoping I wont get fired after I get back to Tokyo. And thank you all for commenting about my hot-stuff-ness! I’m even getting hotter through this hot Indian summer. Now I’m even hotter than Jay Leno’s chin and Connan’s red hair!!! Well, I don’t have Net access at my mom’s (now I’m at my brother’s) and my bro’s PC sucks that I even have’nt seen the video yet!! and don’t think I can see it till I go to my dad’s in two weeks. Well, everyone keep saying that Yoshi’s hot and Santa will bring you a fantastic gifts over the 4th of July! (2007) Ok, I had some beer tonight, so I’ll shut up now. I love you all and thanks for your support! And Great work in the office!!!!!!! I’ll see you all in a few weeks!
May Jpod be with you!
Yoshi
Sunday at 12:24 am
Hey Yoshi-san!
Always remember to not drink and type!
Good to hear from you hope your enjoying your time off!
The video durama is sugoi! Chigusa and you did a great job.
I might try to make a video, but I’m not too sure about the whole singing part. My singing tends to make people run for the hills and comment about someone strangling a cat!
Sunday at 12:25 am
Yoshi Yoshi Yoshi!!!
See you in two weeks!
Thanks for your post. You are sooooooooooooo funny!!
Sunday at 1:17 am
Yoshi-san! Jay Leno’s chin? Very funny ^^ I can just imagine that phone call from Peter-san.
Liz-san - send one for Yoshi-san!
bakaneko-san, Nanase-san said “The One”, not Mr Right. Could be she’s looking for Ms Right!
Man. It feels weird typing all these “san”s.
Sunday at 1:26 am
yoshi
you were supposed to say そんあ。。。。
Sunday at 1:34 am
Hahahaha! I think “hotter than Jay Leno’s chin” counts as a そんあ.
Sunday at 4:11 am

Sunday at 4:23 am
Yoshi Yoshi Yoshi…blah blah blah…
I really think JP101 should have considered what would happen to Lizさん by showing off Yoshiさん via video.
You’ve created a monster!

Dear Jpod101
I can see the enthusiasm with which this new feature has been launched so please excuse if I ask you not to be carried away with this new medium. I would like to ask you:
1) not to use video to replace the intermediate lessons
2) to keep focusing on audio because I listen mainly in the car to maximise the effects of repeating and I cannot watch videos while I drive- I suspect many do the same. It all works very well at the moment and, as they say, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it…
3) to make the video available in a formats that do not require me to buy additional software for m4v conversion (I see a comment has been written on this already. I can read mpeg and wmv and can readily convert asx)
Videos are a bit like TV. Fine if you have a lot of ironing to do but not if you study in your lunchtime at the office. Please be kind to us who struggle to find the time to study.
Some of these comments may already have been made - sorry if I repeat but was unable to read the full list of 84 messages since I am at work.
Thanks as always for your great podcasts.

Monday at 6:32 pm
Peter-san,
It not the singing per se…
Well yeah, I was thinking I’d have to submit one. 頑張るぞ。 It’s not as if I lack the means of production!!
We’ll see.
And ナナセさん is looking for 運命の人 (fated person) That’ll teach me to rely on the translation.
Mikuji-san:
I agree with most of what you say.
I hope video is an interesting addition rather than a replacement direction.
(But given the 10 fold increase in bandwidth, production time and effort I doubt it’d go all video)
It’s interesting. On my own I prefer audio only, in a classroom situation I prefer video.
And not directed at JPod but I’m very intolerant of long video downloads long on flash pictures and short on content. I often wonder what extra value the video gives. I’ve yet to see a video podcast that wasn’t trying to emulate TV in some way rather than adapting to the Internet medium. (end of rant!
)
on the m4v thing.
As far as I can see it’s MPEG4 video which should be as universal a format you can get. VLC http://www.videolan.org/ is cross platform and free and for me has worked with anything I’ve thrown at it.
There is a possibility that your video player is hung up on the .m4v extension. Try changing it to .mp4 or whatever your MPEG4 video usually is and see it will then open. Or try opening it from within the application.
There is also Quicktime. Not helpful if you are in LInux but ….

Belton-san
Thank you ever so much for your help. I will try what you suggest and report on how it goes so others can also benefit.
I do hope the radio-like podcasts keep coming as I do learn so much in that way.
Thanks again

Where to start, where to start!
Mina-san, thank you for all the sugoi comments and the great feedback! Okay, here we go…..
Matthew-san, many of them will be in the next videocast.
You don’t have to be in front of the camera the whole time, but can’t have an instrumental of the song due to copyright issues.
Bakaneko-san, either entry is okay. Just make sure to get it here.
Alan-san, you can do it!
Liz-san, we want a video!
digitaljo-san, we’ll be sending you an early screening from now on.
Ben-san, please check out the rules and prizes page.

Brody-san, if it’s really good, we just may be. Please show us what you got! Looking forward.
Casey-san, we’ll be looking forward!
Rei-san,
http://www.japanesepod101.com/self-introduction-video-3/
Mikuji-san, thanks for the input. Sometimes video can be quite useful to see body language and expressions when one is speaking. For example, the way Chigusa enters the room. Yoshi’s body language when pointing out the chair to sit in. Body language in natural conversation is quite important. With that said, your input has been noted, and we’ll work to accomodate your request. Belton-san is spot on, as video is 10x the work of radio, but we feel it can be quite useful when used.
Benton-san, we’re looking forward to your entry.
Welcome to all the new people posting! Please keep them coming.

Peter-san, Jpod team-mina-san,
Wow! Wow (again)!
I managed to find the free software to view the videos(Thank you again Belton-san!) and what a feature! Yes, now I see how this is a great adition to our learning armoury. I really enjoyed the video and thank you all for such an great instalment of the new soap.
Can I ask you: what is the difference between the three videos you offer for download? If I only download the premium would that incude all I need? I am trying to reduce the down-loading burden. I expect I will eventually move the episodes on to CD so as not to overload my hard disk.
Also, is it possible to have one version without subtitles (I can put my hand on the bottom of the screen in an emergency but I am tempted to look..) - am I asking too much?
Thank you again for making learning Japanese so enjoyable for me.
mikuji
Monday at 8:49 pm
Mikuji-san, in the premium section we offer no subtitles (no subs) plus Japanese subtitles (JPsubs)
I like the Japanese subtitles.
Monday at 9:17 pm
Peter-san
I see- sorry it had taken me so long to download the 3 versions I had not run the ns version and jp when I wrote - I thought subs meant subscriptions- don’t know why - now I understand!
Yes, the Japanese subtitles version is the most fantastic idea! really useful!
Thank you again.

You know it’s possible rather than burned in titles to have subtitle text tracks in Quicktime? This might have the advantage of reducing downloads as you could turn the tracks on and off. Subs will probably scale rather than pixelate when you increase the picture size. BUT it would mean they are quicktime only. No free lunchs… (I still want a properly Quicktime enabled video iPod… )
For kanji learners the screen res of kanji subtitle is a bit small. It probably works if you’re good at kanji or at original high res but at quarter screen…
I’m just thinking out load again.
mikuji-san you’re reaction is great.
Now *there* was a time when video would have captured the moment.
Thursday at 1:53 am
Well, I hardly have time to keep up with jp101 (hereto the delayed post), but your podcasts are worth listening to, and this video was real fun (it was about time). Yoshi, you’re cool, man. Chigusa, I bet your voice may be jealous of your looks and viceversa. I now just wonder whose idea this is (about the video and contest) to congratulate him/her.
I look forward to see some videos from listeners.
Cheers.
Thursday at 3:38 am
Hey Ro I gave the idea I said the other day when they reach 100 bigginer lesson “You guys should have made a contest has a gift and appreciation for us the listeners” see 100th lesson where they reach 116 comments! for my comment

wow…Wow…WOW!
It’s was really nice that I can put faces on the voices but…Man, when I saw Chigusa… never expected to see her like that. I was like, “Thank you o Lord for giving me eyes.”
Yoshi, dude, I evny you!

ちぐささんは本当に美しいですね。^_^ バカな事を言わないようにこれ以上何も言いません。 f(^_^);;
よしさんも結構格好いいですね。Jpod101はなんか美人国なのか?
Friday at 11:46 am
Looking backwards to previous comments, I agree with Peter about video giving better feel of the situation where (new) phrases can be used. In addition, it raises the interest of the view-listen-er. Some audio explanations can be avoided. Great job.
BWT, is there a way to know how the voting for podcasts awards is going?
Friday at 1:08 pm
Sorry, I just had to make this have an even 100 comments. This is truly a turning point for jpod and a very impressive video. I can’t wait for the story to develop and seeing all the audition videos!

Yey, my webcam wasn’t buried deep down in a paper box after all, it was actually in my guitar bag! Looks like there’s hope even for a poor little girl who’s in the middle of moving…

Oh wow, I just listened to the last 14 news episodes today so that I could be up to date in at least one area. I’m sorry that I won’t be able to produce a video in the next 48 hours. I was wondering about the prises though. Besides the autographed picture and free month of premium membership, can we also choose that Peter Joke Book that Sakura mentioned many months ago in the Beginner Lessons? I may just stay home from work to make a video for one of those.
Monday at 3:47 pm
Allrighty, since we got some extra time to submit vids, I decided to make one for the contest:

Dang! I just subscribed and I have 210-odd lessons/podcasts to go before I even reach this point… and then I’d STILL be a year behind
.
Would it be alright to put up a link to a video anyway at some stage? I have something funny in mind…

It’s nice to see why Peter swoons when Chigusa-san is working! She is very pretty! Certainly not a face for radio or podcasts.
And is Yoshi single ’cause he’s a hottie!
Do we learn the word for “hottie” in this series?
Monday at 2:58 pm
Kaxxina-san,
You are right that Chigusa-san is very very pretty!! Yoshi-san is very popular too!! Keep enjoying our video series!
Tuesday at 10:09 pm
erm can someone tell me where to watch the video?
Tuesday at 10:55 pm
Shinki4-san,
You need to download the video by right clicking on the link next to the blue logo under Free Content above and choosing “Save Link As” or “Save Target As”. To watch the video you need a Program such as Quicktime or another similar video program that can play the content. I recommend VLC which you can download from http://www.videolan.org/
If you have any further problems please let us know.

I don’t know when I first visited JapanesePod, some months ago maybe… And even I didn’t understand that much, I felt in love with these iLove-Videos.
Now, some months later studying here at JapanesePod101, I’m very surprised… I nearly understand everything
! Unbelievable!
Even if there are some things which are annoying a bit here, I really love JPod! Thanks to all who made it possible
!

Hey Nanase, do you know who flies around in all the continents you mentioned in your interview? Santa Claus.. I would suggest you hooking up with Santa, however he’s a married man.. You also realize that people are trying to blow us up in air-planes these days, do you really want to go flying around like that?
Your kind of lovin, just might get a guy killed!
Nice fantasy though…
Monday at 10:31 am
When is a good time to watch these videos? I couldn’t understand a word of anything. There was so much that I never learned in any other videos. It’s frustrating.
