To indicate the place, you need to use the particle "de".

私は、よく二時ごろに図書館で本を読みます。

It'd be more natural if you say "what" you read.:wink:

I got a question, if you want to say : "I usually read at the library around 2 o'clock", would "私はよく二時ごろに図書館に読みます " be a good translation? Thanks!
