I happen to be in the same situation as Belton: I voted as being Beginner, but my knowledge of grammar could be in the intermediate minus; the problem is that even though I know the grammar and much of the vocabulary, my listening comprehension is poor (at normal speed, anyway), so that I am listening to the beginners' lessons from number 1 (I joined late and I haven't been able to catch up - I am many months behind - but I am trying).
