For the Mexicans like me that would need assistance in Japan for anything just in case, I would recommend to go to the Mexican Embassy in Japan.

They give links to all the embassies, not just the ones in Tokyo. I personally haven't been to the American one. Maybe I should go when I need to do my taxes next year. Should be easy enough, just tell them all my money is in Japan and only send enough to the states to pay for my student loan.
