Shinujku Photo for Sale

Postby Andialu » August 12th, 2008 8:26 pm

Hello fellow nihongo studiers. I'm selling a photo I took in shinjuku last year. It's a 20x16 on a high quality photo paper (Luster Photo Paper).

The auction ends 08/19/08

And I'm also throwing in a free print to whomever purchases it. The second print can be chosen from my website.

I like this one. It reminds me of Michael Kenna's stuff - which is worth checking out if you haven't already.

And on the subject of photography, my girlfriend's photos of last year's New Year's Eve are here (under 'New Year').

I suppose there might be some artistic explanation but... your girlfriend does know how to use a focus ring, right? :? Some of those shots are beautifully framed but most everything is out of focus.

As for yours, Andialu, I'm not in the market for prints, but some of your work is quite nice.

Thanks. I'll definately check his stuff out.

Having 100% of the image out of focus is a bit much for me. There is nothing to hold the interest.

I'm a photographer too, and I don't get it. Nothing to focus on in the picture. Sorry, no pun intended. :D
