Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

I received an email from Robert Morton, I was asked to reply him to , and I did, with CC to .

Almost a week I haven't received any reply, nothing. But I keep receiving a bunch of marketing email from JapanesePod101 from the same email address.

What I replied was a very simple question, almost a yes/no, so the answer would not take more than a couple of minutes.

I already paid for a premium subscription but wondering if the support is going to be like this in the future.

Also, I have been using the site almost everyday for 2 weeks, and I have a couple of issues/questions:

1- How do I turn off Romanji in my Word Bank, Core Word List, Grammar Bank, etc? I'm seeing romanji everywhere, I remember that a year or so ago when I created a free account, there was a checkbox under the settings/account page where one could turn romanji off, so it would not appear on all these pages.

2- Flashcards have a bug, when you edit a flashcard deck, there are 5 study modes. If you only put a check on the second line for example: "Recognition (with Kana) Front: Original Japanese and Kana Back: English" , and I launch the Deck, I still get the Romanji in the back of the card, in fact it doesn't matter what I check or uncheck, it always shows the same on the back of the card. Also when I click sample sentences romanji is still there.

3- There is a broken link under the 'Japanese Resource' menu, if you click on 'Japanese Dictionary' or 'Kanji Dictionary' it points to the same URL / takes you to the same exactly page: http://www.japanesepod101.com/japanese-dictionary/ .

So I was wondering if that maybe was a broken link, and I decided to manually input the following url on my browser: http://www.japanesepod101.com/kanji-dictionary/ , and it takes me to the actual Kanji dictionary. So I guess you need to correct the website code to fix it.

Here are the answers for your questions:

1) To choose the default setting of your account, please click on "Study Tools" in top horizontal red menu bar; then click on the left "Study Tools Settings".

The flashcards and the kanji dictionary link were fixed too. (questions 2 and 3)
