2 year Premium Subscription

Hello. On Nov. 27, 2012 I signed up for the black friday deal...50% off premium and used it to buy the 2 year premium. Today, however, I got an email at 3:39 am (pst) saying I had just bought another 2 year premium for full price. I was wondering if maybe there was a glitch or something. All I know is that I did not sign up for another 2 years three months after buying the same subscription at half price. Did this happen to others? Can I get my money back on the duplicate 2 year since I myself didn't buy it?
