Account disabled error

I received an "account disabled error" when I log in to JPod101. I have a basic subscription for 6 months and I can't even access the lesson. Anyone faces similar problem? It is so sad cause I really want to listen to the podcasts and now 1 whole day wasted :(

Actually I've emailed them on Fri and still waiting for this problem to be fixed :( That's 4 days wasted =.="

I'm sorry for the trouble, could you try emailing again? If you let them know how many days you haven't been able to use your account, they can add that extra time to your subscription. :ue:

Seems like this is a common problem. I had the same problem, right after signing up an account. No chance to use it at all

About 2 years later after the last comment in this thread here, this problem still exists... It feels really bad when I have been billed a month subscription then my account is disabled. :(
Please help me reactivate my account as soon as possible, and by the way I have already sent email to but have yet to receive a reply...

Can you please try the following? Clear your browser off cache and cookies, refresh the page and log back in with your details.

I just commented earlier but I had this same problem not once but twice in a 24 hour period where one account was disabled and I made a new one and it too was disabled a few hours later.
