Ability to "Favorite" Post

If we can't do so already (I'm new to this forum) it would be great to be able to mark a forum or individual post as a "favorite" and have a place in your profile where you can access the posts/topics you makred. This way you won't lose track of what info was in what post or topic and you could easily access the post or topic you need to quickly.
