don't know about good but there are certainly hundreds of people bobbing up and down looking for the next "ride" whenevr I go down the coast road to Izu Hanto. My old (as in I've moved) next door neigbour goes 48 weeks a year - the other 4 he is in Hawaii surfing. I think he went out to Chiba somewhere.
