I think, perhaps, it's understandable enough to make out the meaning, but I doubt it's really accurate japanese. First part -could- be right, but the second part, eh, pretty sure that's wrong.
The question I'd like to ask is "My Japanese is still bad, so I'm sorry for that. What anime or games are these girls from?"
To elaborate, I like やんでれ (in fiction only), and I only know two good shows depicting them
