Downloading Japanese Material

I've been looking everywhere (ie Japanese iTunes) for Japanese TV shows to download. I'm looking for things like Lost Season 3 with subtitles, or some of the manga that everyone is talking about.

Basically I want to get some Japanese material that I don't have to have shipped over!
