But two of the others are confusing. You stop one of the other patrons and ask, in Japanese, “Excuse me, what do those two signs mean?” His answer both helps and confuses. “That sign says watch out for the strong winds. The other says beware of the black kites.” Now, what did he mean by that? Is it a Ninja thing?
