rikai.com: Todd Rudick deserves a noble prize for what he has done. By accessing Japanese pages via his site you are able to scroll over the characters and see their hiragana reading and meaning.

popjisyo.com: Similiar to rikai.com but includes more languages! You definately want to check out this site!
