What´s the difference between あまり and あんまり?

今にちは、みんなさん、

I looked them up in the dictionary, the definitionｓ seem the same to me for あまりand あんまり. Are they interchangeable?

quite much yes.

あまり is the formal and normal way, and あんまり is rather spoken language (so, more casual).
