YobRivera さん、
こんにちは。
どういたしまして。

さっきは会議中なので電話に出られない should be さっきは会議中なので電話に出られなかった.
You should use past tense here.

私たちは家に帰るまえに彼女に花をあげた is a correct sentence.

うんどう has a long wovel.

Others are good!

Yuki-san, お返事をありがとうございました。勉強になりました。

Word of the day 魚(さかな) ーFish

私の出身には魚が代表的な食べ物ですが私は魚をあまり食べたくないです。

わたし の しゅっしん には さかな が だいひょうてきな たべもの です が わたし は さかな を あまり たべたくない です.

In my home town, fish is the typical food, but I don't really like to eat fish.

YobRiveraさん、
こんにちは。
いいえ、どういたしまして。

Regarding the new sentence,
「私の出身地では」がいいですね。
出身は “I am from“ の意味ですから、場所を言いたい時は「地 Place」をいわなければなりません。
出身 means “I am from“ only so when you would like to mention a place, you have to use a word referring to the place.
And particle ni is a destination marker and so on you need a location marker で here.

By the way, 私は魚が好きです. :D

なるほど。。。
Wow,that's some really cool stuff to know..
I did a little bit more research, and I'm guessing that 出身、also based on your definition, can be directly translated into "I am from". More interestingly, if you want to say "My hometown", "私の出身地" would be more accurate.

たとえば:

私はマニラ出身です。
I am from Manila.

私の出身地はマニラです。
My hometown is Manila.

I'm getting a better grasp of their differences and the way they are used, now.. Thanks Yuki-san..

Oh and..

魚をあまり食べませんが寿司と刺身が大好きです、 変ですね。 :D
I don't really eat fish that much, but I love sushi and sashimi, weird right?

YobRivera さん、
こんにちは。
I am happy it helped you.

私はマニラ出身です。
I am from Manila.

私の出身地はマニラです。
My hometown is Manila.

Yes, they are both correct.

私も寿司と刺身が大好きですよ。

私もプラムは好きじゃないです。
マンゴの方が良いと思います。

Me too, I don't like Plums. I think Mangoes are better.

Word of the Day: ジャガー(Jaguar)

ジャガーたちが孤独な動物です。 だから何時も一匹で食べ物を借り出します。
Jaguars are solitary animals. That's why they always hunt out their food alone.

YobRivera さん、
こんにちは。
「マンゴー」ですね。私はプラムもマンゴーも好きです。

鶏肉の値段は部位とかオーガニックとかによると思います。
とりにくの ねだんは ぶいとか オーガニックとか よると おもいます。
I think it depends on each part and organic or not.

Regarding the recent post
ジャガーたちは孤独な動物です。 だから何時も一匹で食べ物狩りをします is better.
When you use ga after jaguars, the nuance is the jaguar.
借り出す means “borrow and take out”.
:D

Yuki-san,

ああ、そうですか。 オーが二クもありますね。

My Jaguar seem to be the lazy type... 笑っ。。。

じゃあ、「狩りをします」 と 「借り出します」 の 違い を おぼえます。

Word of the Day チーター(Cheetah)

チーターは世界では一番速い陸上の動物ですけど、まだライオンより小さいです。
チーター は せかい では いちばん はやい りくじょう の どうぶつ ですけど、まだ ライオン より ちいさい です。
Cheetahs are the fastest land animal in the world, but are still smaller than Lions.

YobRivera さん、
こんにちは。
今日も勉強しているんですね。すごいです。 :D
I am impressed because you are studying today (weekend).

Regarding the sentence of チーター, when you say まだ, it indicates that there is room for cheetahs’growth which means they would be bigger than lions in the future.
Therefore, I recommend you to delete the まだ.
