Pale Moon is an alternative build of the Firefox browser code.
If you have Win7 starter 32-bit on an Atom netbook, this might be the best browser out there.
In my tests it is maintaining a low-memory footprint compared to Firefox 13
I am testing Pale Moon 12.2.1 with my Kanji app's
