Help again please

This time I have two CD my uncle gave me while in Japan. Only problem is, I don't know what who they are. I would like to try to look up the lyrics in english. Could someone please let me know what these say?

The woman is Ayako Fuji. The album is Hitto Zenkyokushuu '98 (The Complete Hits Collection '98).

The man is Yuujirou Ishihara. The album is Orijinaru Zenkyokushuu (The Original Complete Collection).

I doubt you will find English lyrics.
