None of the PDFs seem to work?

Whenever I click on a PDF for one of the lessons, all it does is bring me to a blank page. Is this common? Does it have anything to do with the fact that I'm still on my 7-day trial?

During the 7-day-trial you can download 10 PDFs. Probably you have already reached the maximum.
