Problem with "my feed"

Hi,

I've been struggling with the "my feed" feature (premium) and can't seem to get it to work.

I tried on a windows PC with juice, this is the message error I get :
FeedScanningJob 58124592 'Feed ID 3 at http://www.japanesepod101.com/premium_feed/custom_01153_301989854:804782073:1040186879:55_all.xml' reports: Can't grab Feed ID 3 at http://www.japanesepod101.com/premium_feed/custom_01153_301989854:804782073:1040186879:55_all.xml: timeout

I tried on an Ipod Touch : instead of opening the podcast app, it opens a page in the browser with an erreor message.

I am currently testing with iTunes, but itseems to be endlessly trying to scan or update, still no episode appears.

It is a pity, since it would have been very convenient to be able to have a personalized download (the innovative language app downloads a whole chapter, we can't choose the files we want).

I am doing something wrong or is the feature broken ?

You can update the settings on iTunes and "Limit Episodes" to make it faster to download.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

There is something really weird...it suddenly worked both on Juice and Itune for a week.
And now another issue has appeared : my password doesn't work.
Juice or Itunes keep asking me the password (both do).
I use exactly the same as the one I used to login here.

Any idea ?
