Well, I’m no Anthony but I’ll share some advice on things I have done.
First, obviously, the best thing to do would be to speak with native speakers, but this is not always possible. You may want to practice talking to yourself. Try explaining what you did that day, or tell some interesting story, as if you were talking to a native speaker. Look up any words/phrases you get stuck on and commit them to memory. I keep a notebook of such phrases that I find myself needing to use and not able to come up with right away.

I also recommend keeping a journal in Japanese. Naturally, this helps your writing skills, but I believe it can also help your speaking as well. Keep a journal of what you do and how you feel everyday. As you keep writing day after day, you’ll find that you probably use the same words/expressions a lot. This kind of repetition is good for your brain - then, when those things come up in conversation, they should be at the forefront of your brain, ready to use. I hope that makes sense. Give it a try and see how it goes

Actually, it’s said that the tap water in Tokyo has been improved so much and Tokyo city puts the tap water in Tokyo into a bottle and selling them as Tokyo water.

If you don’t like the taste of your tap water then contact your local water treatment centre or buy a filter or make tea. I have drunk tap water all over Japan. If I had bought all of my drinking water I could not have afforded to travel all over Japan.

I think it would also be helpful to have some kind of reference on your website for commonly used sentences. For example in the review track for the intermediate lessons, the whole introduction and the part where Jessi-さんsays ‘now we’ll switch it up…” could be in Japanese instead of English at least in the more advanced lessons. If you did that I would appreciate a reference to help me learn those phrases.
