いつも私たちのために頑張っていただいてありがとうございます。
細かいだと思いますが、現在進行形について質問したいです。今回のレッソンには女性が「台所の蛇口の根元あたりから、水がピューピュー漏れるんですよ」と言われたんですが、この場合は「水がピューピュー漏れているですよ。」と言いませんか。翻訳を見たら、water is leakingが書いてありますが、どうして辞書形を使っているのかなと思ったんで、私はいつも、現在進行形と辞書形を混乱していて、使い方よくわかりません。

この場合、どちらもつかえると思います。レッスンでは、「どんな症状はですか」と聞かれて、答えているので、「ビュービュー漏れる」という症状を説明しているので、「漏れる」を使っています。目の前で、ビュービュー漏れているのを見ていたら、「漏れているんです」と現在進行形を使ったと思います。
