いえいえ。率直過ぎるわけではありません。
「犬を持つ」だと”"hold a dog”"という意味です。
“a person who is walking with a dog”は「犬と散歩している人」や「犬を連れている人」と言います。
いい文ですよ

そうです。「持つ」が間違いの言葉、多分言わないでしょう。『連れる」が本当に正解の言葉ですね。「持つ」は率直に言って過ぎるですか。

1-satoko yamano san ga utai ni natte irassharu sono Doraemon no uta to iu uta desu.
Firstly we put the first name follows to the family name.
o-utai ni natte irasshaimasu is the honorific verb of ‘utatte imasu.’
It would be helpful to make the basic structure of the sentence and add verb clauses.
e.g. sono uta wa Draemon no uta to iu uta desu.
↑　Yamano Satoko-san ga utatte irasshaimasu.
＝Yamano Satoko-san ga utatte irasshaimasu uta wa Draemon no uta to iu uta desu.

Please try making each sentences again as a practice.

This is not a sentence, cut a clause. This means “the movie he’s watching”.
>>2. Kare ga(or wa) eiga o mite iru
This sentence means “He is watching a movie.”
The difference between these two is one is just a noun with a modifying clause and another is a sentence. Put simply, (1) is only a part of a sentence and it doesn’t appear by itself.

>>Hon o yonde iru hito wa tomodachi desu
=The person reading a book is (my) friend.
>>hito wa Hon o yonde iru tomodachi desu

I’m not 100 % sure, it seems like 別に is originally from the phrase 特別に”Specially”.
However 特別に can be followed by either affirmative or negative, whereas 別に is followed by negative sentence.
So 別に can be translated “nothing especially” or “nothing” even if it’s used by itself.

I hope this makes sense.
