I agree with the idea of getting in the habit of doing something on a daily basis, but printing these takes too much time and effort that could more effectively be spent on the lesson itself. One thing that I did immediately was to copy the pdf to an open office document that can be used on my computer as a daily template. The last "here" link is still broken on my end also.
