hi

thanks for the response.
I'm not allergic to gluten anymore:wink::lol:(thank goodness)
well ok maybe to diary I'm a little allergic but with sugar it seems to be a little different. I'm not anaphylactic to anything, I looked it up. It's probably a type 4 allergic (type 1 being very troublesome).
The not being able to focus is something that is a natural affect of sugar.
People who are addicted to sugar can't focus either unless they eat something with sugar.
So if I eat sugar, it's only a natural response that is only a little different from a normal reaction. Like someone who smokes for the first time and because he's not used to it has to cough.
The same goes for becoming sick I don't get sick from the sugar itself, but my my resistance against deceases drops and then I catch a decease more easily.

The nyuuseihin is definitely going to be very useful (when i'm coming to Japan), before I didn't really no what zuivel(dutch) was in English. So now I know it's diary (I wasn't sure if the translate machine was incorrect).

It's sounds troublesome, but it's really not that bad I don't like milk anyway and up till now, I was forced to follow my mother's diet which was a lot more troublesome. No salt, No animal products (vis, egg, milk, any kind of meat etc), No sugar, No artificial additions, No yeast, No spicy stuff and probably a few more.:sad::???:

:roll::roll: I'm so glad I don't have to follow that anymore, besides I have an interest in food and what's healthy. I don't have to follow the diet I described in my first comment, but I do, because I want to.
So it's my own choice and that makes a lot of difference. It's based on my own knowledge and idea's of what's healthy. It's fun discussing about food and health, I think.

jitsu wa, satou arerugi ga arimasu and and anything that comes from cows.
like milk,(this one is the strongest allergie)yogurt, cheese and etc.
in the past i also used to have gluten allergie (like in wheat for example, so no normal bread for me back then).
well actually they aren't really allergies, but more like being extra senseble to them. so if i would drink milk i get a runny nose and if i eat sugar i can't focus an get sick more easily.
