Raymasaki san> When 百（ひゃく-hyaku) is used with other words such as 発（はつ-hatsu) you omit く. Other examples:

SOMNATH　san>Wow your comment was so smooth and nicely phrased

Eric san> Ｅｒｉｃ

4x4 san>Interesting concept. But yes, you can use 百発百中 in a negative sentence:
etc.

Can 百発百中 be used in a negative way as well?
Let's say I want about a clumsy friend of mine and express something like
"He always draws the short straw when his boss assigns the weekly tasks.",
"She always gets to sit behind the tall guy with the high hair when we go to the movies.",
"Somehow he always manages to scare off the women willing to date him.".

hmm..　

I loved these yojijukugo "hyappatsuhyakuchuu" and "murinandai". I think Peter you are right when you said that to learn Japanese language one must learn these yojijukugo inorder to hyappatsuhyakuchuusuru the nihongo. I also think that it is not a murinandai.
