Nice job on the blogs. I was able to follow this one pretty well, but there is still plenty I can use to study. I love to hear Japanese like this in context, well done.

this is an anime about 忍たま(忍者のたまご=baby Ninjas=ninja students). It’s cute and may also be a good way to learn Ninja life!

I’m not an expert on this, but there were 領主s in Europe but 大名only existed in Japan, at least that title did.
大名was assigned by the government, while 領主 simply means the landlord.
扉=door
rigo san> Have you seen Ninjas?

Ninjas aren’t just the stuff of movies. I train in Ninpo Bugei, the martial art practiced by Shinobi no Mono. Genbukan Ninpo Bugei has a big following all over the world, and usually the lessons are taught in Japanese. Which is exactly how I started learning japanese!
We do wear black, but we don’t usually sneak around on rooftops. I am looking forward to the Genbukan Japanese TaiKai in 2011!

Distractions, walking on water, … sounds like magicians that can fight.
