You’ve got to ace the interview to get the job. Clearly and concisely talking about your background is the key to a successful job interview. You’ll need to discuss where you went to school and where you have worked. You’ll also need to sell yourself when you explain why you deserve the job.

This upper intermediate Japanese lesson introduces you to the Japanese grammar point shita shidai da. Use this phrase to explain your background. In this lesson, you will also learn to use the Japanese phrase to iu shidai da to talk about why you are doing something, like interviewing for a job. As a bonus, learn some commonly-used Japanese words to describe your personality that might help you land that job!

よっ!久しぶりだけどJapanesePod101の扉にノックしょうかなァと。みんなは心配してるだろうと思うけど僕は毎日日本語の勉強を進行するようにしています。前より放送局が増えたのはうれしいですよね。特になつこさんとピーターさんが登場する四字熟語講座は聞き楽しみがあります。けどね、ひろこちゃんは引退されたのですか?九州に帰ったんですか?

とにかく今アメリカにおってるけどよく日本人の友達とメールやり取りしたりJpod101を聴いたりしてるのでキープアップできてます。バランスは難しいですね。逆カルチャショックは力いっぱいでファイトしてます。がんばらないとね。

日本語勉強したいのでこれからもっとコッメントしょうと思ってます。Mixiのブログも復活しょうかな。勉強のため。どうでしょうね?お互いに学びましょー
