I asked my (female) friends about it and they said I could use it, but they usually said 'omisu.' It makes sense that it's more of a guy thing. Ah that explains it! When we were in Japan I heard my (male) friend say ‘ohiya kudasai’ in a sushi bar and I was so confused. I asked my (female) friends about it and they said I could use it, but they usually said ‘omisu.’ It makes sense that it’s more of a guy thing. Finally the mystery is solved! ^_^
