Every once in a while you can find one with travel sized products like mouth-wash and potable tooth brushes. In the USA we mostly have vending machines for food and drinks. I enjoyed this subject (shortening words) and hopefully we'll see a whole lesson on it sometime in a different series Im a bit late in commenting as Im pretty far behind on the lessons but just wanted to say; Im really enjoying the new format of having 2 presenters talking round Miki’s blog. Could the authors of this blog come up with something a little more interesting please. Vending machines in Japan get old pretty fast. Yahoo has 2,910,000 results for vending machines in japan. Why not mention the fact that these machines are a total waste of billions of kilowatt-hours of electricity yearly? Why not mention the C02 they emit? Any country that has a vending machine for every 23 people has nothing to be proud about. This is not a good thing. It's extremely wasteful. This blog entry was particularly mind-numbing.
