Staff at shops and restaurants are always so polite and unless you know the honorific or humble forms you will have a hard time knowing what they are saying. So far I have not really been in a situation where I had to use these terms, my life is pretty casual so I have no clue when I will use it... I guess I could use it in a sarcastic way ^_- hahaha But I think it's really important to be able to recognize them when someone says them to you!
